Privacy Policy
This page describes how personal information submitted through this website is handled.
Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to send us: your name, email address, organization, the details of your hiring requirement or your background as a candidate, and anything else included in a message or attachment. Our website also records standard technical information such as pages viewed, so we can keep the site working well.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, to match candidates against live roles, to deliver an agreed search for a client, and to keep you updated about opportunities you have asked to hear about. We do not sell personal information.
Who we share it with
Candidate details are shared with a prospective employer only with the candidate's agreement, and only for the role discussed. We also use trusted service providers, such as email and hosting providers, who process information on our behalf under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep candidate and client information for as long as it remains relevant to a current or likely future search, and for as long as we are required to keep records. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. You can also ask us to stop contacting you at any time and we will act on that request.
Security
Access to personal information is limited to the people who need it to do their work, and it is held in access-controlled systems. No system is perfectly secure, so please do not send sensitive personal data, such as identification numbers, through the website form.
Cookies
This site uses only the cookies needed to load pages and to understand general usage patterns. It does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.
